Experience & Skills
3–5+ years in a highly analytical role (Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, RevOps or Data Analytics)
Strong hands-on analytical skills (SQL required, advanced Excel / Google Sheets)
Proven experience with BigQuery and solid understanding of data modelling, ETL pipelines and data quality
Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio preferred) and building scalable dashboards
Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar strongly preferred)
Experience working with Marketing, Sales, Pricing and operational data in a commercial environment
Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n) and interest in AI tools (e.g. LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude)
Strong understanding of KPIs, attribution logic and performance drivers
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
Fluent in English; German or French are strong pluses

As our Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in driving both people excellence and business performance. Your key responsibilities will be:
Act as a trusted sparring partner to C-level and senior leaders, combining business understanding with the ability to challenge, influence and drive execution.
Advise and support leadership and managers on day-to-day management of their teams: supporting their team setup strategy, performance management, HR challenges and management skills.
Serve as the main point of contact for employees, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle and addressing their HR-related needs.
Lead organisational transformation by driving strategic initiatives and ensuring strong employee engagement and a collaborative company culture.
Coordinate internal and external partners to manage administration and payroll.
Manage legal and disciplinary matters by ensuring compliance with labour laws, overseeing grievance procedures and handling sensitive employee relations cases.
Promote and drive HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee wellbeing, motivation and a supportive work environment throughout the company.
Proven experience as an Senior HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role
Strong understanding of business drivers and metrics, with the ability to translate them into effective HR practices
Experience in driving organisational and cultural change, ideally in a performance-oriented environment
Strong knowledge of labour law, ideally across Germany and France
A results-driven mindset combined with strong people skills and empathy
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
A charismatic and assertive presence, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders
Fluency in English and German, with French as a plus
An international mindset and willingness to travel monthly between our offices in France and Germany and occasionally Denmark.
