What you can expect
Hello! My name is Emmanuel, CEO of Storage24, and I am looking for an Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will work closely with me and the entire leadership team to take our organisation, leadership culture and people agenda to the next level.
Storage24 is the European market leader for XXL garages and flexible space solutions, with more than 200 locations and around 90 employees.
As we continue to expand, our focus is not simply on growing headcount — it is on building exceptional talent density. We believe in creating a team where every individual raises the bar for those around them and actively contributes to a high-performing, ambitious and collaborative environment.
As our presence across Europe continues to evolve, so do the demands on our organisation, our leaders and our people structures.. For the right person, this is not a challenge to shy away from — it is a genuine opportunity to make an impact, shape growth and help build the next chapter of Storage24.
I am not looking for an HR generalist. I am looking for someone who thinks like a business leader, acts like an owner, and uses people strategy as a lever to accelerate performance. Someone who will sit at the table with our C-level, challenge our thinking and build the leadership foundations that let this company grow without losing what makes it sharp.
If this sounds interesting to you, read on.
