Hi! My name is Andreas, Chief Revenue Officer at Storage24, and I’m looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Commercial & Growth (f/m/x) to help me and the leadership team build the analytical backbone of our commercial engine.

To do that, we need someone who can turn fragmented data into insight, complexity into structure, and analysis into decisive action.
This is a mission-critical role, reporting directly to me, with a real mandate to shape how Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Operations operate as one cohesive, data-driven system.

YOUR MISSION
As Senior Business Analyst (f/m/x) - Commercial & Growth, you are the analytical backbone of our commercial organisation. You own how performance is understood and steered — with the mandate to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and create clarity across the business.
You will:
- Build deep visibility into how demand flows through Marketing, Sales, Pricing and digital booking journeys
- Turn fragmented, imperfect data into clear commercial insight that directly informs leadership decisions
- Develop scalable analytical frameworks that improve conversion, efficiency and revenue outcomes
- Own and evolve data models and analytical foundations (BigQuery, Looker Studio, Google Sheets), including attribution logic and data quality
- Drive hypothesis-driven analysis: identify what truly drives performance and validate it through deep dives
- Translate insights into clear actions and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, Pricing and leadership
- Enable confident performance steering through dashboards, deep-dive analyses and ROI assessments
- Establish a single, trusted commercial and operational performance narrative across teams
- Drive adoption of AI and automation (e.g. LLMs, n8n) to accelerate insight generation and improve efficiency
